As we all know the women’s World Cup is coming up

The FIFA Women’s World Cup is an international association football championship played by the senior women’s national teams of the members of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, the sport’s worldwide governing organization. The tournament, held every four years. In June 2023, FIFA announced the prizes for all participating nations. This edition’s total prize pool is $110 million, $80 million greater than the prize pool of the previous tournament

So today I would be talking on the benefits sport could do for you as a woman.
Most of our Young Nigerian teenage girls don’t believe they could go into sport but that is a big lie Because involving in sport as a young woman has a lot of benefits trust me.
Why women should participate in sports:
A Sports can have a profoundly good impact on young females during their adolescent years. Aside from the obvious physical health benefits, sports participation provides other benefits that promote personal, social, and emotional development. In this article, we will look at why young females should participate in sports and the long-term effects it can have on their lives.

Physical activity is critical for general health and well-being. Sports allow teenage girls to improve their physical fitness, strength, coordination, and endurance. Participating in sports at an early age can help set the groundwork for a healthy lifestyle.
